Please review these terms before booking a lesson or participating in a program with Conte’s Palm Aire Golf Academy. By booking or participating, you agree to the terms applicable to your lesson or program.
01 / Planning Your Lessons
Booking, Pricing & Payment
Lessons and programs are subject to instructor and location availability. Please confirm your instructor, lesson date, time, location, and price when scheduling.
Confirm payment arrangements and any applicable facility fees before booking. For lesson packages, group programs, or special events, please ask about any additional conditions, expiration dates, or refund terms before purchasing.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To help us provide the best service to all of our students, please review our cancellation policy below:
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be forfeited if it is part of a lesson package. For individual lessons, the full lesson fee will be charged.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson will incur a fee equal to 50% of the lesson cost, except in the case of a genuine emergency.
Cancellations With at Least 24 Hours’ Notice
Lessons canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule while accommodating all of our students fairly.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact Stephen or Michele directly. If a genuine emergency prevents attendance, please let your instructor know as soon as possible.
03 / Where We Teach
Lesson Locations & Weather
Outdoor lessons are offered throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, subject to scheduling and location availability.
Lessons are also available at a climate-controlled indoor golf simulator studio in Coral Springs, Florida. Call Stephen or Michele to schedule indoor studio lessons.
If weather or course conditions may affect your outdoor lesson, contact your instructor before traveling. Your instructor will confirm whether the lesson can proceed and discuss any necessary changes.
04 / A Positive Learning Experience
Preparation, Safety & Participation
Please arrive ready for your scheduled lesson, wear appropriate golf attire and footwear, and follow your instructor’s guidance and the host facility’s rules. If you expect to arrive late, contact your instructor as soon as possible.
Golf involves physical activity. Let your instructor know about any limitations relevant to your participation, and stop if you experience pain or discomfort.
For junior lessons, a parent or legal guardian should coordinate booking and confirm supervision, drop-off, and pick-up arrangements with the instructor.
Progress varies with each student’s experience, practice, consistency, and individual circumstances. Specific scores, handicap changes, or competitive results are not guaranteed.
